Vendors. Third party manufacturers who may from time to time be designated by BUYER to make purchases of the Product on BUYER'S behalf. SELLER agrees that all purchases by Vendors pursuant to this Sales Agreement shall be credited on a monthly basis against any requirements by BUYER as set forth in this Sales Agreement.
