VERIZON FINANCING

VERIZON FINANCING. Means the agreement(s) or other instrument(s) entered into in an amount at least equal to $50,000,000 for the issuance of secured indebtedness between Verizon, Inc. (or an affiliate thereof), as lender, on the one hand, and the Company, as borrower, on the other hand.
