Verizon Network. Means the EV-DO wireless telecommunications network managed or operated by or for Verizon or its Subsidiaries in the United States and offered under the Verizon name and which may also be offered by Authorized Distributors under their respective names (specifically excluding Qualcomm, [****] and each of their Affiliates and successors).
