Versum Group

Versum Group. Versum and each Person that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Versum as of immediately prior to the Distribution (but after giving effect to the Internal Reorganization (as defined in the Separation Agreement)), and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary of Versum after the Separation Time, and shall include the Versum Business Units (as defined in the Separation Agreement).
