VERTEX PRODUCT
VERTEX PRODUCT. Shall mean any small molecule drug researched, discovered, developed or produced for human or animal therapeutic uses using the Subsequent Altus Patents, the Subsequent Altus Technology, the Vertex Technology or the Existing Altus Technology.
