VerticalArtisoft Patent Agreement. Means that certain Agreement between Vertical Networks, Inc. and Artisoft, Inc. relating to C-Data Patents, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 1 to this Agreement. After the Effective Date, this Agreement supersedes the Vertical-Artisoft Patent Agreement as between the parties hereto.
