Vested Option

Vested Option. A Company stock option that has been granted to Executive prior to the date of the Prior Agreement that is vested but unexercised as of the Termination Date.

Vested Option. Means an option which has vested in accordance with this Agreement, or pursuant to an Option Agreement, as the case may be.

Vested Option. , with respect to any time, an Option (or a portion thereof) that is fully exercisable at such time.

Vested Option. Means an option which has vested and become exercisable in accordance with this Plan, or pursuant to an Option Agreement, as the case may be.

Vested Option. An Option or part of an Option in respect of which the conditions specified in accordance with Rule 3.1 have been satisfied in whole or in part (whether as originally provided or as subsequently amended, relaxed, waived or substituted pursuant to Rule 3.2) and 'Vest' shall be construed accordingly

Vested Option. At any time those Shares that have vested in accordance with Section 3 hereof or the Vesting Schedule set forth on the signature page of this Agreement
