Vested Portion

Vested Portion. At any time, the portion of an Option which has become vested, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Vested Portion. The term "Vested Portion" shall mean, at any time, the portion of the Option which has become and remains vested in accordance with the Grant Notice and the Option Agreement.

Vested Portion. Shall be determined by multiplying the number of shares of Common Stock awarded as Restricted Stock to the Grantee by the applicable vesting percentage contained in Section 3 below.

Vested Portion. At any time, the portion of an Option which has become and remains vested in accordance with the terms of Section 3 of this Agreement.

Vested Portion. Shall mean, as of a particular date, that portion of an Option granted to a Participant or Grantee hereunder which is exercisable, and with respect to which a Participant or a Grantee is vested, pursuant to the terms of such Participant's or Grantee's Award Agreement. In the event a Participant or a Grantee is granted more than one Option, the "Vested Portion" shall refer to all of such Participant's or Grantee's Vested Portions.

Vested Portion. Means that number of Shares covered by a Converted Option in respect of which the Converted Option may be exercised at any given time, as determined in paragraph 7 below; and

Vested Portion. At any time, the portion of an Option which has become vested, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement; provided, that an Option whose aggregate Option Price is not paid by the withholding of Shares shall vest with respect to whole Shares only, with partial Shares being rounded up to the nearest whole integer.

Vested Portion. That portion of the Warrant which has vested at the relevant time in accordance with Section 2.

Vested Portion. Means, at any time, the portion of the SSARs which have become vested, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Vested Portion. At any time, the portion of the Option which has become vested in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement.
