Vested Shares

Vested Shares. Common Shares to which the holder of the Restricted Share Units becomes entitled upon vesting thereof in accordance with Section 2 or 3 hereof

Vested Shares. Common Shares subject to the Award (including any Additional Shares) as to which the Restrictions have lapsed in accordance with Section 3 or 4 hereof

Vested Shares. As defined in the Award Agreement

Vested Shares. The Shares held by the Purchaser that are not subject to the Right of Repurchase.

Vested Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock actually awarded to the Participant following the Participant's satisfaction of the vesting provisions of Section 5 and, if applicable, the determination by the Committee of the extent to which the Company has achieved the Performance Goals for the Performance Cycle pursuant to Section 4.

Vested Shares. Means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

Vested Shares. Means any portion of the Restricted Stock subject to this Agreement that is and has become vested pursuant to Section 2.

Vested Shares. Any Employee Shares which are designated as Vested Shares in any separate written agreement with respect to Employee Shares between the Company and a Participant

Vested Shares. Means any Employee Shares which are designated as or have become vested shares in any separate written agreement with respect to Employee Shares between the Company and a Participant and any Employee Shares which are not subject to any vesting requirements (e.g., shares of capital stock of the Company which have been acquired by the applicable Participant whether pursuant to an Option or otherwise).

Vested Shares. Means Warrant Shares that have become vested as described in and pursuant to Section 4 hereunder.
