Vested Shares

Vested Shares. Common Shares to which the holder of the Restricted Share Units becomes entitled upon vesting thereof in accordance with Section 2 or 3 hereof

Vested Shares. Shall mean, at the relevant time of reference ------ ------ thereto, those Shares that have vested on or prior to such time pursuant to Section 5 or Section 6 hereof.

Vested Shares. Common Shares subject to the Award (including any Additional Shares) as to which the Restrictions have lapsed in accordance with Section 3 or 4 hereof

Vested Shares. The number of shares of Class B Common Stock determined as follows: (i) if the Employee is Terminated on or before the first anniversary hereof, zero; (ii) if the Employee is Terminated after the first anniversary hereof but on or before the second anniversary hereof, (x) 20 percent of the Aggregate Number of Acquired Shares minus (y) the Aggregate Number of Shares Sold; (iii) if the Employee is Terminated after the second anniversary hereof but on or before the third anniversary hereof, (x) 40... percent of the Aggregate Number of Acquired Shares minus (y) the Aggregate Number of Shares Sold; (iv) if the Employee is Terminated after the third anniversary hereof but on or before the fourth anniversary hereof, (x) 60 percent of the Aggregate Number of Acquired Shares minus (y) the Aggregate Number of Shares Sold; (iv) if the Employee is Terminated after the fourth anniversary hereof but on or before the fifth anniversary hereof, (x) 80 percent of the Aggregate Number of Acquired Shares minus (y) the Aggregate Number of Shares Sold; and (vi) if the Employee is Terminated after the fifth anniversary hereof, (x) the Aggregate Number of Acquired Shares minus (y) the Aggregate Number of Shares Sold. Vested Shares. That portion of the Option which is exercisable at any particular time

Vested Shares. The Shares held by the Executive that are not subject to the Right of Repurchase

Vested Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock actually awarded to the Participant following the Participant's satisfaction of the vesting provisions of Section 5 and, if applicable, the determination by the Committee of the extent to which the Company has achieved the Performance Goals for the Performance Cycle pursuant to Section 4.

Vested Shares. All Shares which are not Restricted Shares.

Vested Shares. Means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.
