Vested Units

Vested Units. The term "Vested Units" shall mean, with respect to an Executive's Class B Units, the number of such Units that are vested and nonforfeitable, as determined in accordance with Schedule I attached hereto.

Vested Units. Means any Executive Units which have become vested on a monthly basis in accordance with the following schedule, if as of each such date Executive is employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries: Cumulative Percentage of Date Executive Units Vested December ___, 2003 20% December ___, 2004 40% December ___, 2005 ... 60% December ___, 2006 80% December ___, 2007 100% 7 provided, that upon the occurrence of a Sale of the Company, so long as Executive is employed by the Company or one of its subsidiaries as of the date on which such Sale of the Company is consummated, all Executive Units which have not yet become vested shall immediately become vested. Vested Units. Means the Restricted Units that have vested pursuant to Section 4(a) or 4(c) hereof as of the applicable date.

Vested Units. The term "Vested Units" shall mean the number of Units that are vested and nonforfeitable, as determined in Schedule I.

Vested Units. The term "Vested Units" shall mean, with respect to an Executive's Class B-1 Units, Class B-2 Units and Class B-3 Units, the number of such Units that are vested and nonforfeitable, as determined in Schedule I.

Vested Units. Units corresponding to shares of Common Stock covered by the Restricted Stock Unit Award which at the time in question have become Vested Units pursuant to Paragraph 2 hereof

Vested Units. The Units which shall be delivered to Participant upon the vesting of the Restricted Incentive Units pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.

Vested Units. The term "Vested Units" shall mean all of Executive's Class A-2 Units and the number of Class B Units that are vested and nonforfeitable. With respect to Executive's Class B Units, the number of such Units that are Vested Units is determined in accordance with Schedule I attached hereto. With respect to Executive's Class A-2 Units, all such Units will be fully vested upon issuance.

Vested Units. The term "Vested Units" shall mean, with respect to an Advisor's Class B Units granted pursuant to this Agreement, the number of such Units that are vested, as determined in accordance with Schedule I attached hereto.
