Vesting Event

Vesting Event. Means a Sale of the Company or the termination of Employee's Employment by the Company due to death, Permanent Disability, Retirement or termination by the Company without Cause.

Vesting Event. Vesting Event. That all outstanding warrants for purchase of Common Shares as of the date of this Warrant Certificate (other than those held by the Warrant Holder) have been fully exercised or lapsed.

Vesting Event.
