Vesting Executive Securities

Vesting Executive Securities. Means all of the units of Class A Common issued to the Executive hereunder and any securities issued in connection therewith, as adjusted for any unit split, unit dividend, or other combination, exchange, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization. Vesting Executive Securities will cease to be Vesting Executive Securities when transferred pursuant to a Qualified Public Offering or Sale of the Company.
