Vesting Percentage. Shall mean the percentage equal to the product of 100 percent multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days elapsed from the Agreement Date through the date of the termination of the Stockholder's employment by the Company without Cause (other than following a Change of Control) or by reason of the Stockholder's death or Disability, and the denominator of which is 1,644.
Vesting Percentage. Vesting Percentage. Vesting Percentage.
