Vesting Period

Vesting Period. With respect to each Restricted Stock Unit, the period beginning on the Date of Grant and ending on the third anniversary thereof

Vesting Period. The period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the Vesting Date.

Vesting Period. The term "Vesting Period" means the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on the First Anniversary of the Determination Date.

Vesting Period. Means the vesting period, if any, applicable to a series of Performance Units established by the Committee at the time of such award.

Vesting Period. The twelve consecutive month periods beginning, respectively, on the first day of the first fiscal Year following the date of grant of Options and the first second and third anniversaries of such first date.

Vesting Period. The period of time commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the date on which the entire Option has Vested.

Vesting Period. To receive full benefits as outlined in Item 2, the Officer must be have been employed by the Company during the entire twelve (12) months prior to the Closing Date. If employed less than twelve months, the benefits, including accelerated vesting of outstanding stock options, will be pro-rated based on the number of months employed divided by twelve.

Vesting Period. Means the period of time established by Section 3(c) in connection with an award of an Incentive, during which the Participant may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of or may not have a fully vested ownership interest in some or all of the Incentive and/or Stock or rights in stock granted pursuant to the Incentive, except as expressly permitted in this Plan.

Vesting Period. That period of time between the Date of Grant and the date a Restricted Stock Unit is converted into a share of common stock of the Company (par value $0.0001).
