VFN Repurchase Agreement

VFN Repurchase Agreement. Collectively, each agreement listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

VFN Repurchase Agreement. Collectively, (i) that certain Master Repurchase Agreement, and (ii) that certain Pricing Side Letter, in each case, dated as of August 11, 2017 between Seller, Administrative Agent and Buyer, as either may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
