VICAL KNOWHOW

VICAL KNOWHOW. Shall mean collectively, all inventions, discoveries, data, information, methods, techniques, technology and other results regarding VICAL TECHNOLOGY, whether or not patentable, which during the term of this Agreement are owned by VICAL or to which VICAL otherwise has the right to grant licenses, and which are not generally known. All VICAL KNOW-HOW shall be CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION of VICAL.
