Vice Presidents

Vice Presidents. Employees who generally are officers of the Company and who generally oversee the entire operation of a business unit, who generally have the words 'Vice President' in their job title, and who in most cases report to the Chief Executive Officer/President. Vice Presidents include, but are not limited to, employees in those positions listed on Exhibit A, or the employees' successors.

Vice Presidents. Shall mean employees in those positions listed on Exhibit A, or the employees' successors.
