VIROPHARMA KNOWHOW

VIROPHARMA KNOWHOW. Means all inventions, technology, trade secrets, physical, chemical or biological material, assays, methods, documentation, scientific and technical data and other information (excluding ViroPharma Patents) that ViroPharma owns or otherwise has a right to use as of the date of this Agreement or at any time during the term of this Agreement.
