Example Definitions of "Virus"
Virus. Shall mean any computer code, programming instruction or set of instructions (i) designed and/or constructed with the ability to disrupt, disable, harm or otherwise impede in any manner, including disruptions or distortions, the operation of the Equipment or Software, or (ii) that could disable the Equipment or Software or impair in any way its operation based on the elapsing of a period of time, advancement to a particular date, or other similar occurrence.
Virus. An element which is designed to corrupt data or enable access to or adversely impact upon the performance of computer systems, including any virus, worm, logic bomb and Trojan horse.
Virus. (a) Code intentionally constructed to, or that has the ability to, damage, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect other Code, computer programs, data files or operations, including disabling Code; or (b) any other Code typically designated to be a virus, including any Trojan horse, worm, or other harmful or disruptive component
Virus. Means any virus produced by Licensee or a Sublicensee through use of the Biological Material that does not contain any Biological Material or any functional portion or functional fragment thereof.
