Vivendi Group Taxable Year
Vivendi Group Taxable Year. Shall mean each taxable year commencing after, or including, the Closing Date, in respect of which (i) a Vivendi Group Tax Return is permitted or required to be filed and (ii) such Vivendi Group Tax Return includes one or more members of the Company Group.
