VIVUS Services

VIVUS Services. Those services, functions, and tasks of VIVUS required to effectuate a transfer of the Business to MEDA which are set forth in Schedule A. If any service, function, or responsibility not specifically described in this Agreement is an inherent or necessary part of the performance of the VIVUS Services, it will be deemed included within the scope of the VIVUS Services.
