VOLUME LIMIT. For any Notice Period, shall mean 10% of the total number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during the Notice Period (excluding (i) individual trades of 20,000 shares or more of Common Stock, and (ii) all transactions other than BONA FIDE, arm's length transactions between unaffiliated and unrelated persons and entities).
