VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PROGRAM

VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PROGRAM. Means a program of the United States or the State established pursuant to Applicable Law which provides for a mechanism for the written approval of, or authorization to conduct, voluntary action for the clean-up, removal or remediation of Pollutants or Pollution Conditions that exceed actionable levels established pursuant to Applicable Law.
