Voluntary Termination

Voluntary Termination. The Executive may terminate his employment without Good Reason at any time, in his sole discretion, by giving the Board two (2) month's advance notice in writing. The Board, in its sole discretion, will determine whether to permit the Executive to perform the Executive's duties for the Company during that notice period. Voluntary Termination. When the Optionee voluntarily ceases Service for any reason or no reason (e.g., the Optionee elects to cease being an employee or director or providing consulting services or the Optionee resigns or quits)

Voluntary Termination. Means a resignation by the Optionee of his employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries for any reason, other than a Termination for Good Reason.

Voluntary Termination. Has the meaning set forth in the Employment Agreement.
