Example Definitions of "Vote"
Vote. Shall mean, as to any entity, the ability to cast a vote at a stockholders' or comparable meeting of such entity with respect to the election of directors or other members of such entity's governing body.
Vote. Means, with respect to any Shares, to (i) vote, or to cause to be voted, all such Shares at all annual and special meetings of the Company's stockholders, however called, or any postponements or continuations thereof and (ii) execute, or cause to be executed, with respect to all such Shares, all written consents of the Company's stockholders in lieu of any annual or special meeting of the Company's stockholders.
Vote. Shall include any exercise of voting rights whether at an annual or special meeting or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.
Vote. Means to vote in person or by proxy, or to give or authorize the giving of any consent as a stockholder on any matter.
Vote. Means to vote or to grant any consent or approval.
Vote. Shall mean and include a vote in person or by proxy or execution of a written consent signed by a Participant or Beneficiary authorizing or approving any action (including one or more amendments of this Trust Agreement).
