Example Definitions of "Voting Common Stock"
Voting Common Stock. Means the common shares of the Company, no par value, which have the right to vote pursuant to the Company's Charter.
Voting Common Stock. Means shares of the Company's voting common stock, no par value per share, and also includes any securities into which the Voting Common Stock may hereinafter be converted, reclassified or changed.
Voting Common Stock. Shall mean the Company's Class B Voting Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
