Voting Ownership Interest

Voting Ownership Interest. Means, with respect to any particular date and with respect to any Holder, the percentage of any class of Voting Securities of the Company deemed to be owned or controlled by the Holder (when aggregated with its BHC Affiliates) for purposes of, and in accordance with, the BHCA and its implementing regulations and guidance.
