Voting Period

Voting Period. The period commencing on the date of this Voting Agreement and ending on the earlier of: (i) the date on which the Merger Agreement is validly terminated; and (ii) the date on which a final vote is taken by the stockholders of Parent on a proposal to approve the issuance of Parent Common Stock in the Merger.

Voting Period. The period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing until the Expiration Date.
