Voting Preferred Shares

Voting Preferred Shares. Shall mean any other class or series of preferred shares of the Company ranking equally with the Perpetual Preferred Shares either as to dividends or the distribution of assets upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up and upon which like voting rights have been conferred and are exercisable.
