Example Definitions of "Voting Rights Triggering Event"
Voting Rights Triggering Event. Shall mean any time at which the Corporation has failed to pay, in full, the equivalent of six quarterly dividends payable on the Series C Preferred Stock (whether or not declared or consecutive).
Voting Rights Triggering Event. Shall mean the failure of the Company to pay dividends on the Preferred Stock with respect to six or more quarterly periods (whether or not consecutive).
