Voting Security

Example Definitions of "Voting Security"
Voting Security. Means any security of the Company which carries the right to vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting Security. Means, as of the date of determination, the Common Stock of the Company, any other security generally entitled to vote for the election of directors and any outstanding convertible securities, options, warrants or other rights which are convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for securities entitled to vote for the election of directors.
Voting Security.
