Voting Stock of any Person. All classes of capital stock of LS&CO. or other interests (including partnership interests, and in the case of LS&CO., voting trust certificates) of that Person then outstanding and normally entitled (without regard to the occurrence of any contingency) to vote in the election of directors, managers or trustees thereof.
