Voting Trust

Example Definitions of "Voting Trust"
Voting Trust. Means that certain voting trust entered into by agreement dated as of February 1, 1997, as amended on February 1, 2002, into which Common Shares of the Company have been deposited and with respect to which, as of the date hereof, Janice Carlson and Charles H. Smith, III are trustees.
Voting Trust. Shall mean the trust created by that certain Voting Trust Agreement, dated as of October 3, 1990, as amended October 7, 1991, and as may be amended hereafter from time to time, and "Voting Trustees" shall mean the trustees of the Voting Trust.
Voting Trust. Means the Voting Trust for Loving Enterprises, Inc. under Agreement dated November 21, 2002 and any replacement voting trust between the Current Beneficial Shareholders.
