VSI. Means Video Services, Inc., a Louisiana corporation. 5 "WARN ACT" means the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988, as amended, and any successor or similar state or local law, and the rules and regulations thereunder and under any successor or similar state or local law.
