WAAC Price. For each Delivery Point, a price per MMBtu for each Month equal to (i) total Third Party Gas Acquisition Cost, plus total Seller's Adjustments, for such Month, divided by (ii) the total number of MMBtus of Third Party Gas delivered at such Delivery Point during such Month.
