Waiver Termination Event. Means the occurrence of any of the following events: (a) the Stated Waiver Termination Date; (b) a default or breach by the Borrower or any other Credit Party of any term, covenant or agreement under this Agreement, including, without limitation, any of the covenants contained in Section 4 of this Agreement; (c) an Event of Default occurs under Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents (other than the Known Existing Events of Default and the Anticipated Events of Default); (d) the...
