Example Definitions of "WARN Act"
WARN Act. Shall mean the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. Sections 2101 et seq., and the Department of Labor regulations thereunder.
WARN Act. The Worker's Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1988, 29 U.S.C. Section 2102, et seq., and any similar state and local applicable law, as amended from time to time, and any regulations, rules and guidance issued pursuant thereto.
