Warrant Certificates

Warrant Certificates. Mean the Nonprefunded Warrant Certificate and Prefunded Warrant Certificate; provided that any reference to the delivery of a Warrant Certificate in this Agreement shall include delivery of notice from the Depository or a Participant (each as defined below) of the transfer or exercise of the Warrant in the form of a Global Warrant (as defined below).

Warrant Certificates. Those certain warrant certificates evidencing the Warrants, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. ---------

Warrant Certificates. Means the certificates evidencing the Warrants to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

Warrant Certificates. Shall mean the First Tranche Warrant Certificates and the Second Tranche Warrant Certificates.

Warrant Certificates. The meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Warrant Certificates. A certificate in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1 hereto representing a Warrant to purchase that number of Shares as indicated on the face thereof

Warrant Certificates. Those certain warrant certificates evidencing the Warrants, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, which, for the avoidance of doubt, are either Global Warrant Certificates or Definitive Warrant Certificates
