Warrant Exercisability Date
Warrant Exercisability Date. Means the earlier to occur of (a) the date on which the Company has reserved from its authorized and unissued Common Stock the Required Reserve Amount and (b) February 28, 2026. The Company shall provide notice to the Holder of the Warrant Exercisability Date.
