Warrant Exercise Date. The date the Company's FY 1998 Audited Statements are issued by the independent certified public accountant performing the audit thereon if, and only if, the FY 1998 Audited Statements indicate that a Warrant Exercise Event has occurred.
Warrant Exercise Date. Any time on or after the twenty-first (21st) day following the Company's distribution of an information statement to its stockholders, in accordance with Regulation 14C under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, with respect to the action taken by the Company's stockholders by written consent approving the issuance of the Warrant Shares.
