Warrant Installment Dates

Warrant Installment Dates. Means, collectively, the first Business Day of October 2011, November 2011, December 2011, January 2012 and February 2012; provided, however, if a Revised Initial Warrant Installment Date is designated pursuant to Section 4(a), "Warrant Installment Dates" shall mean, collectively, such Revised Initial Warrant Installment Date and the first Business Day of the four months immediately following such Revised Initial Warrant Installment Date.
