Warrant Office

Warrant Office. Means the office or agency of the Company at which the Warrant Register shall be maintained and where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, exchange, substitution and transfer, which office or agency will be the office of the Company located at 9400 North Broadway, Suite 600, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114, which office or agency may be changed by the Company pursuant to notice in writing to the Persons named in the Warrant Register as the holders of the Warrants.

Warrant Office. Shall mean the office or agency of the Issuer at which the Warrant Register shall be maintained and where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, exchange, substitution and transfer, which office or agency will be the office of the Issuer at 22160 N. Pepper Road, Barrington, IL 60010, which office or agency may be changed by the Issuer pursuant to notice in writing to the Persons named in the Warrant Register as the holders of the Warrants.
