Warrant Registry. Means the official record maintained by the Corporation in which are recorded, with respect to the Warrant Certificate and any other certificate representing the Warrants issued by the Corporation, the date of issuance, the name and address of the Holder, the name and address of each subsequent transferee of the Holder, and the identifying number, of such certificate.
