WARRANT RELEASE DATE. Means the date on which Warrants are disbursed from escrow pursuant to Section 3 of that certain Warrant Escrow Agreement dated as of ___________, 2006, as may be amended, by and among the parties hereto and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
