Example Definitions of "Warrant Shares"
Warrant Shares. The meaning set forth in the fourth recital hereto.
Warrant Shares. Means shares issued or issuable upon exercise of the Warrant Agreement.
Warrant Shares. Means the number of Shares set forth in Item 6 of Schedule A hereto, as may be adjusted pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time.
