Warrant Shares

Warrant Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the first WHEREAS clause.

Warrant Shares. Means the Subordinate Voting Shares then purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant in accordance with the terms of this Warrant.

Warrant Shares. Means, collectively, the Common Stock Warrant Shares and the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Pre-funded Warrants

Warrant Shares. The shares of Common Stock or other capital stock of the Company which are issuable upon exercise of this Warrant in accordance with the records of the Warrant Agent and the terms of this Warrant.

Warrant Shares. Means the shares of Series B Preferred Stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrant (or, following a Qualified IPO, shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant).

Warrant Shares. The number of shares of the Company's Common Stock equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the Warrant Coverage Amount by the Exercise Price.
