Warrant Shares

Example Definitions of "Warrant Shares"
Warrant Shares. The number of shares of the Common Stock as would be necessary for the Holder to acquire in order to achieve an Ownership Percentage of 20%, as calculated immediately following the closing of the Subsequent Financing (such number of shares to be adjusted for any subsequent stock splits, combinations, reorganizations or similar transactions).
Warrant Shares. Shall initially mean shares of Common Stock and in addition may include Other Securities and Substituted Property (as defined in Section 10(e)(x)) issued or issuable from time to time upon exercise of this Warrant.
Warrant Shares. The shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of or otherwise pursuant to the Warrants
Warrant Shares. The shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of, or otherwise pursuant to, the Warrant issued to the Initial Investor pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
