Example Definitions of "Warrant VWAP"
Warrant VWAP. Means the volume weighted average price of the Common Stock of the Corporation, as traded on any National Securities Exchange for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately prior to the Six Month Anniversary Date; provided, however, in the event the Corporation's Common Stock is not traded on a National Securities Exchange, the Warrant VWAP shall be equal to the fair market value of the Common Stock on the date immediately following the date on which the Common Stock is no longer traded on a...
