Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. Means any warrants to purchase Common Stock issued by the Company to the Buyer under the ELOC Agreement.
Warrant. Means a pre-funded warrant to purchase shares of Common Stock, having a purchase price per Warrant Share of $1.599.
Warrant. Means this Warrant, issued in connection with the Transaction Agreement.
