Warrant(s) Definition Example

Warrant(s). Means the Warrants issued and sold pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, including, without limitation, this Warrant and the Series A-2 Warrants (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), and any other warrants of like tenor issued in substitution or exchange for any thereof pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(d), 2(e) or 2(f) hereof or of any of such other Warrants.
